Sunday Gathering - August 9th

Because the church’s building is still in a level 3 evacuation zone, we will not be gathering there on Sunday morning. Instead, we will gather for Sunday worship at Faith Bible Church at 1:00 pm.

Address: 440 W Cora Ave, Spokane, WA 99205

On August 1st, our Spokane community suffered a nearly incomprehensible disaster as fires tore through our city — including the neighborhood we love and call home, where our church building is also located.

To date, 6 families have suffered a complete loss of their home, property, and possessions, and nearly half of our roughly 400-member congregation has been displaced, living in temporary housing due to necessary evacuations — with friends, relatives, in hotels, or other accommodations.

Many people and churches have asked how they can specifically help, and we have set up a Fire Relief Fund for our church.

These resources will be used to care for the immediate, mid-term, and long-term needs of ITC members, and as the Lord gives opportunity, for the good and upbuilding of others in our area.

Although there is much tragedy, we grieve with great hope because of the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord.

If you or your church desire to help and serve our church and those we're connected to, please direct your giving to the Indian Trail Church – Fire Relief Fund.

Luke 1-2

December 22, 2019 Speaker: Kyle Schwahn Series: Luke

Passage: Luke 1:1– 2:52

SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION

- Not only was Luke relating history in the first two chapters of his gospel, but he was also making his readers aware of something about a baby who was born in Bethlehem. What is being proclaimed over and over about this baby named Jesus? Who is Jesus?

- Is it possible that we can lose sight of who Jesus really is in the very season we celebrate his birth? Is it possible we can lose sight of who Jesus really is in the busy-ness of our lives all year long?

- What does the coming of the Christ mean to you? Why is the coming of the Christ important for everyone? Are there people in your life who don't understand this? What should we be doing with the treasure we call Christ?
