SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION

- Specific details regarding what Jesus was talking about in Matthew 24:1-44 are hard to discern. What are some of the different ways people think about when parts of or all of these events occur?

- We are curious by nature and prone to wonder and speculate about end times, but what details can we know absolutely? What does Matthew 24:36 say about our chances of knowing the exact time that Christ will return?

- What does Matthew 24:37-44 tell us our primary focus should be regarding the imminent return of Jesus? How can we encourage one another in this? Is it possible we can let speculation about end times distract us from being encouraging?
