- Considering what Pual shares in 1 Thessalonians 3:6-10, have you ever received a report from another believer that they have grown in maturity in Christ because of you and your ministry to them? What did that bring about in your heart?

- How often do your prayers include specific gratitude for the spiritual growth and vitality you see in others? How might you grow in your awareness of how God is working in others' lives?

- Think about those who helped you grow in Christ. Make a plan this week to communicate to them specific ways their faithfulness has affected you.

- Each day this week, choose 1-2 other members of ITC and spend time thanking God for his work in them. (Use your directory.)
